How Landings works

  • We meet as a small group made up of active and returning Catholics.

  • These sessions are weekly for a few weeks, lasting roughly 1½ to 2 hours each.

  • We focus on the sharing of each person's spiritual journey, followed by discussion of a theme related to Catholic Faith.

  • We end our sessions with a celebration, determined by the group, for example, a retreat, meal, or liturgy.

A place of compassionate listening

The group listens respectfully and without judgement to one another’s faith story and reflection.

Everyone in the group is invited to be honest about their struggles with their faith and are asked to only share what they are comfortable sharing.

These sessions are confidential so that people can share freely.

Those with particular issues are invited to consult with specialised professionals, such as counsellors, priests and religious who can help with specific needs.
