We know that at a time in which many people are experiencing anxiety and loneliness, mental health support is really important.
If you would like to receive counselling from a Catholic counsellor, we can connect you to counsellors who can help you.
To do this, please first give us a call. After this, if appropriate, we can refer you to a counsellor.
